All items were top-notch, with thinner, crispy crust that could easily hold a pile of ingredients. Chef Corey brought us a sample cup of a bolognese he had been making as a special that day. Delicious with the aromatic vegetables and spices. If I weren’t just passing through Franklin for a few days, I’d definitely be back for more and to see what he and the crew whip up. ”
